These terms apply to your use of LafaNGames and the games and services available on this site. By using the site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Using the games

The games are provided for personal, educational and classroom use. You may project them in class, share links with students and use them in lessons. You may not copy, resell, redistribute or repackage the games or their source code without permission, or use automated tools to overload the service.

Games are provided as-is for educational entertainment. They are not a substitute for teacher judgement, lesson planning or professional assessment. A game score is a classroom activity, not an official grade or academic record.

Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your password secure. Do not share your account or use another person’s account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms or threaten the security or availability of the service.

Subscriptions and payments

Paid subscriptions are optional. Prices, billing periods and features are shown on the pricing page. Payment is handled by Stripe. A subscription renews automatically until cancelled, unless the checkout page states otherwise. You can manage or cancel it through the billing portal in your account. Refunds are handled according to applicable law and any policy shown at checkout.

If a payment fails or is reversed, access to premium features may end. Ending a subscription stops future renewals; it does not automatically generate a refund for a completed billing period unless required by law.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep the games available, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, hosting failures, browser changes or third-party outages may affect the service. We may add, change, pause or remove games and features. We are not liable for loss caused by interruptions, except where the law does not allow that exclusion.

Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to access administrative areas without authorisation.
• Do not upload or distribute malware, or use the contact forms to send unlawful, threatening or abusive content.
• Do not scrape or copy the service at scale or interfere with other users.
• Do not submit confidential student information through public forms.

Intellectual property

The site design, game code, artwork and written content are owned by LafaNGames or used with permission. Games and content may not be sold or published elsewhere without written permission. Links to the public site are welcome.

Privacy

Our privacy policy explains how personal data is handled. Advertising is optional and is never placed inside a game. You can change cookie consent at any time using the footer link.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the site is provided without warranties, and LafaNGames is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence.
